Chris Cutter works at Novelis, an industrial aluminum company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.  Chris earned his BS degree in mechanical engineering technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in 2012. During his time at SPSU, Chris was a part of the Autonomous Underwater Vehicle team, the National Society of Black Engineers, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. While in school, he concentrated in engineering graphic design and worked at an automotive parts company as a CAD drafter. In 2012, Chris was named the Engineering Technology Student of the Year for the state of Georgia. Following graduation, Chris was accepted into the Carnegie Mellon Master of Science in Computational Design and Manufacturing program, but he decided to work for a few years before returning to academia.
