Client Meeting Procedure
Client meeting procedure for all pick-ups at the following airports:
· Westchester County Airport ( See Curbside Instructions )
· LaGuardia Airport
· John F. Kennedy International Airport
Domestic Flights – Proceed to the baggage claim area. Your chauffeur will be there awaiting your arrival. If you do not see your chauffeur – Do Not Leave the baggage claim area. Please call 1-800-924-5686 and our dispatchers will assist you immediately
International Flights – Your chauffeur will meet you outside of Customs area. Please look for Continental Limousines sign with your name handwritten underneath our logo.
If you do not see your chauffeur – Do Not Leave the arrivals area. Please call 1-800-924-5686 and our dispatchers will assist you immediately. Curbside Pick Ups:
As a passenger, we ask that you to call our office at 1-800-924-5686 once your plane lands. Our dispatcher will notify the chauffeur. The chauffeur will get in position once you are in the baggage claim area. If you do not see your chauffeur once you have reached curbside, please call our office again. Our chauffeur may have been chased away from the curbside by MTA. The chauffeur should have already contacted you as well. If this procedure is not what you want or desire, please call the office and we can have the chauffeur park the vehicle and greet you inside baggage claim.
