In 2008, he co-founded Project SYNCERE in an effort to bring about a change within the STEM fields. In 2019, he served as an Eisenhower Fellow, where he travelled to Rwanda, Tanzania, Australia and New Zealand to investigate their engineering ecosystems to learn how each country was preparing students for future careers in STEM. Jason received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2001 and is currently attending the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in pursuit of his MBA. Prior to launching his non-profit, he worked in the aerospace industry for 3 years at BAE Systems and for 5 years at Motorola Mobility.
