Virginia "Gini" Kramer is executive creative director at the advertising and public relations firm Keiler & Co. In this position, Ms. Kramer oversees all creative produced at the agency, including print and broadcast advertising, collateral, direct mail and interactive. She is an award-winning copywriter who has broad experience working with clients in a variety of industries: financial services, banking, insurance, health care, aerospace, high technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, publishing and the performing arts. Ms. Kramer graduated (magna cum laude) from the University of Hartford. She was a participant in the NAE’s April 2005 preliminary focus group on public understanding of engineering messaging. She served as a member of the NAE committee that wrote the report, Changing the Conversation: Messages for Improving Public Understanding of Engineering.
