Instead Bill Wulf, president of the National Academy of Engineering, warned congress people that the real security danger to the U.S. is the potential loss our technological dominance.  He says that was built with the help of many scientific pioneers who came from other countries and a free-exchange of ideas.  Wulf claims recent policies that tighten borders, keep more secrets, and limit collaboration with foreigners will ultimately make us less safe, especially since engineering talent from abroad isn't being replaced though the ranks of students here at home.  With the National Academy of Engineering, Randy Atkins, WTOP Radio.
