To expand the reach of tributes to the widest possible audience, increase the speed with which completed tributes can be published, and reflect twenty-first century sustainable publication practices, Memorial Tributes has transitioned to a fully digital offering.

Memorial Tributes will be posted monthly on the NAE website at Monthly posting of tributes in a digital format ensures timely release of information, reduces our environmental footprint, and guarantees that the content is readily available and remains easily accessible to all NAE members and the public. The essence and quality of the tributes will remain intact as we continue our commitment to providing captivating and inspiring content in this digital era.

The most recent tributes can be found here, where they can be read, downloaded, and shared with ease. The tributes will continue to be linked to the NAE member profiles of the respective deceased member and member author(s), fostering a strong sense of community and remembrance.

Memorial Tributes is a compilation of personal remembrances that commemorate the lives and outstanding achievements of NAE members. The tributes are intended to stand as an enduring record of the many contributions of engineers and the positive societal impacts of engineering. In most cases, the authors of the tributes are contemporaries or colleagues who had personal knowledge of the interests and the engineering accomplishments of the deceased.
